Cookie policy

This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies the Mind for Soul website uses, why we use them and how you can give or withdraw consent. It complements the information on the “Personal data processing” page.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Mind for Soul SRL, tax ID (CUI) 37807558, based in Bucharest, Romania. For any question about cookies or your personal data, write to contact@mindforsoul.ro.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They let the site work properly or remember certain preferences, such as your chosen language.
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a set period). They can be set by the site you visit (first-party) or by other companies (third-party).
3. Cookies we use
The site currently uses only strictly necessary first-party cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts.
Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the site to work and for services you explicitly request. Under Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 they do not require your consent, but we describe them below.

4. Optional cookies
If in future we use cookies that are not strictly necessary, for example for anonymous visit statistics, we will only enable them after you consent with the “Accept” button, and we will update this policy, including the table above, before using them.
If you choose “Decline”, no optional cookie will be set. The site works fully either way, including the request form.
5. Managing your preferences
On your first visit we ask for your consent through a message in the corner of the page. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we will ask again. We will also ask again sooner if we materially change the types of cookies we use.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect some features, such as remembering your language.
6. The request form
The request form does not use cookies. The details you enter, including attached documents, are sent directly to our request-management platform and processed as described on the “Personal data processing” page.
7. Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. For security and operation, the hosting provider may temporarily record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages accessed. These logs are not cookies and we do not use them to track you or for advertising.
8. Your rights
Where personal data is processed through cookies, you have the rights set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact us at contact@mindforsoul.ro.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change how we use cookies or when the law requires it. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
